About us
Van Wyk Bou en Herstel takes on home renovations from a single bathroom to a full extension. We do our own plastering, tiling, paving and roof repairs, and we bring in the same electrician and plumber every time so the work fits together. You deal with Johan from quote to handover.
Our story
Johan grew up on building sites with his father and registered the business in 2011. Most of the team has been with him for more than six years.
Why choose us
Fixed quotes, a start date we keep, and a site that is swept at the end of every day.

What our customers say
Our kitchen extension finished two days early and the team left the garden cleaner than they found it.

What a renovation quote should show you
A good quote lists the materials by name, says who does the electrical and plumbing, and gives a start and an end date. If any of the three is missing, ask. It is far cheaper to argue about a quote than about a half-finished bathroom.
