About us
Platinum Pre-Owned sells checked used cars and bakkies with a full service history, and offers finance through the major banks. Our hand car wash and valet runs seven days a week, so you can have the car washed while you shop in town.
Our story
Lerato started with the car wash in 2015 and added the sales floor in 2020 when the premises next door came up.
Why choose us
Every car on our floor has had a mechanical check at Greenspark Auto Clinic, and you get the report.

Bought my first bakkie here. No pressure, all the paperwork explained, and the car wash is my Saturday habit now.

What to check on a used bakkie before you sign
Ask for the service book and check the stamps against the mileage. Look at the tow bar for strain, lift the load bin mat and check the chassis for rust. Then take it to a mechanic of your choice. If the seller argues about that last step, walk away.
