About us
Losberg Family Practice is a general practice with two doctors, a physiotherapist and a dietician. We see children and adults, do minor procedures and chronic care, and we keep same-day slots for the sick. Medical aid and cash patients are both welcome.
Our story
Dr Mabaso opened the practice in 2015 after working in the Carletonville hospital. Dr Pienaar joined in 2019 and the allied rooms were added in 2022.

When a fever needs a doctor
In a child under three months, always. In older children, when it lasts more than three days, or comes with a stiff neck, a rash, breathing trouble or a child who cannot be woken properly. In between, fluids, rest and a thermometer are your friends.
